Serving St. Paul and Surrounding Communities
Jane grew up in Le Sueur, Minnesota, and moved to the Twin Cities to attend the University of Minnesota. She got her start in real estate in 1990 as a Carlson School of Management graduate when she purchased a one-bedroom rental house in Minneapolis.
Shortly after that, she and her husband bought a home in St. Paul’s Hamline-Midway neighborhood where they raised a family and have stayed ever since. She loves walking around Como Lake or along Mississippi River Boulevard, and then dining in one of the many restaurants nearby. “I love St. Paul! It has all the appeal of a big city, but with a small town community feel.”
Jane prides herself in keeping her home and rentals in top condition. She has managed and completed several remodeling projects over the years, including a kitchen addition, bathroom remodels and investment property renovations.
“To me, real estate is a not just a business, but a calling to serve the community I love.”
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Jane spent several years as an editor for an environmental consulting and remediation firm headquartered in St. Paul.
In 2002, Jane co-founded an inner-city neighborhood church in St. Paul that is still a vital part of the community. And when her children were in school, she was involved in public, private, and charter schools across St. Paul. “Being active in my community is important to me. I value the deep friendships and support this has brought.”
