Lara Duddingston

Lara was born and raised in the Ramsey Hill area of St. Paul. As a child of two Realtors®/ property developers who specialized in historical preservation and neighborhood redevelopment, Lara was said to have been “condominium-izing” her Barbie® house at a young age. She is a graduate of Saint Paul’s Highland Park Senior High School and the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. Her roots in Saint Paul are deep.

Lara’s knowledge of Saint Paul’s neighborhoods, communities, school system and history provide her clients with a wealth of information whether they’re buying or selling a home. She also had a hiatus living in downtown and southwest Minneapolis and has knowledge of these areas as well.

Lara is an active participant within her community. She has served as the Ramsey Hill Association’s secretary and fundraising chair. She been an active PTO and Site Council member and committee chair of various regular, ad hoc and sub committees at SPPS’s L’Étoile du Nord French Immersion school and Ramsey Middle School. Lara also served at a SPPS district level as a member of DPAC (District Parent Advisory Council). She has experience in community organizing and fundraising for community organizations, political candidates and causes. She is a recipient of the Ramsey Hill Association’s “Good Neighbor” award.

Lara is a lover of all things French, specifically the South of France. Minnesota’s state motto is, “L’Étoile du Nord” – “The North Star”. Minnesota is our home and Lara will work diligently to find and sell yours.

What makes Lara odd?
During her times living in France, Lara acquired the habit of hanging her clothes on the clothes line to dry which she continues to do in Minnesota even during the winter.
