With homeowners present to greet you, stop by any of the highlighted homes in the Home Tour Guide 2017 on Saturday, April 29th, 2017 from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, April 30th, 2017 from 1pm-5pm. You can find this tour guide digitally HERE or stop by any St Paul or Ramsey County Library, and at select Hennepin County and Minneapolis Libraries to pick up a copy of the Home Tour Guide 2017.
Homeowners love participating in this annual event to highlight their neighborhood and inspire other residents to maintain and grow their beautiful communities. Real Estate professionals are also encouraged to host Open Houses for their listings near these Tour homes utilizing the excitement attendees have felt throughout the tour to provide inspiration to join those communities.
With remodeling being the focus of this tour, these homes highlight several different kinds of remodeling:
- Life stage adaptations or construction*
- Live/work spaces – home office configurations and artist spaces*
- Homes within easy walking or driving distance of each other*
