• Minnesota History Society with Historical Fort Snelling Independence Celebration
  • Celebrate the United States’ birthday at Historic Fort Snelling and explore the history of freedom in America. Just like in the 1800s, hear cannon and muskets salutes, watch a military dress parade, listen to fife and drum music and attend a mock battle.

• 9 Nights of Music presents Salsa del Soul
  • Enjoy Latin American music from Salsa del Soul as 9 Nights of Music celebrates its 19th anniversary season. 9 Nights of Music is offered every Tuesday in July and August. Tapestry Folkdance Center provides dance instruction starting at 6:30 pm. Live music starts at 7 pm. Bring a lawn chair and purchase food from the Market House terrace grill. Come early and take advantage of free admission to the museum galleries from 3 to 8 pm.
